A River Runs Through It

‘A River Runs Through It’ is a┬ácollaboration with the Mackay Conservation Group that involves collecting footage and audio samples from the main ecosystems of the Clarke Ranges i.e. Crediton, Cathu State Forests and the nationally significant Broken River, Urannah and Massey Creek riverine wetland aggregation. The visual and sound immersion display created from this will highlight these wetlands, woodlands and rainforests, their interconnectivity, natural values, endemic, threatened and migratory species and indigenous interpretation of these ecosystem values.
A River Runs Through It, will be on display on Friday the 8th of July at the
Mackay Showgrounds – NAIDOC (9am) and the Botanic Gardens – Gala at the Gardens, at 6pm with more events to follow during 2016.
